How to Print Your Shipping Label
Printing a shipping label is straightforward once you have the PDF. First, make sure you have a label printer or a standard printer with label paper. The most common label sizes are 4" × 6" (standard shipping label) and 2" × 4" (address labels).
Place the label paper in your printer — typically sheet-fed with the labels facing up. Click the Print button in the label generator, select your printer, and choose the correct paper size. For best results, use 4" × 6" label paper on a laser or inkjet printer at 300 DPI.
After printing, peel off the backing and apply the label directly onto your package. Make sure the barcode and address are facing up and are not covered by tape — carriers scan barcodes automatically, and tape can obscure the ink. Drop your package at the nearest carrier location or schedule a pickup.
